What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a flexible, supportive approach to support your child emotionally. Guidance is provided and knowledge and experiences are shared. It gives your child a consistent safe space to explore emotions, talk through challenges and learn practical tools.
No therapy-speak. No pressure to mask.

Ages 7-18
Individuals struggling with friendship, masking, anxiety and more.
Autistic individuals (diagnosed or undiagnosed).
ADHD individuals (diagnosed or undiagnosed).
Individuals who are quietly struggling at school.
